Amber Heard cast in revenge thriller Motor City [22nd November 2011 00:00:00]

Amber Heard has been cast as the female lead in revenge thriller Motor City.

She will be starring opposite The Devil's Double actor Dominic Cooper who was cast last month.

The 25-year-old actress has recently starred in Drive Angry as well as The Rum Diary opposite Johnny Depp.

Dominic Cooper is set to play a convict who, fresh out of prison, begins hunting down all the people who framed him.

Motor City is based on a script by Chad St John, and The Book Of Eli's Albert Hughes will make the movie his first solo directing effort (minus the help of his brother Allen).
