A romantic comedy set in Punjab, exploring the issues of culture-clash and identity for NRIs. Jimmy Shergill and Gurpreet Ghuggi play two British born Punjabi boys who, unable to find a suitable wife in the UK, visit Punjab in search of love. With their spiky hair, British accents and equally British attitude, they quickly fall for the local girls, but the clash of cultures hampers their efforts to win their affections. Comedy ensues as they interact with the Punjabi youth and attempt to adapt to their culture and customs. Meanwhile, they fall in love with two girls from the village but face fierce opposition from the girl's families who are fearful of their intentions. They soon recognise the importance of traditional values and win the hearts of the whole village. With good humour, great music and a story of culture and identity at its heart, Munde UK De is an-all out family entertainer.
