Nina V. Kerova's best-known American work is the Cult classic picture Liquid Sky, which she produced and wrote together the director, Slava Tsukerman. The fact that Liquid Sky, produced on a budget of $500,000, should to a great extent be credited to the executive abilities, experience and hard work of Ms. Kerova. She handled the production of the film practically single handedly with the smallest production crew in history. Kerova was born in Novosibirsk, a city with a dense population of over two million people, located in Siberia, Russia. She acted on stage from the age of six. Between the ages of sixteen and nineteen, Ms. Kerova worked for the Novosibirsk TV station - first as a news writer, then as a assistant director and finally as a director/ writer of documentaries. At the same time she also acted in various TV dramas and did voice-overs.

Kerova's long experience in the film industry and theatre covers a wide rage from acting, writing, to directing, production designing, and set designing, casting and producing. Ms. Kerova international experience includes work for Russian, Israeli, and Norwegian television, theatre and film productions in Russia and America, as well as radio journalism and commercials.
