Tim was born in Liverpool, Merseyside, in 1981. His father, Allan Arthur Fielding, a Company Director/Actor and his mother, Norma Fielding. His sister Sara-Jane Wallace, born October 1977. His brother Paul Fielding, born October 1979, is a film Writer/Producer.
He attended Kingswood School, Southport, Merseyside, then at the age of 16 he attended Kingswood College at Scarisbrick Hall, Scarisbrick, Lancashire.
He lived on the Isle of Man for three years, moved back to the UK. He studied for a degree in Business Information Systems at Edge Hill College University, Ormskirk, Lancashire.
He wrote his first screenplay at the age of 18, Cash Blow (2008). Then he begun to write short films such as, Impromptu Clients and Off the Cuff (2006) and Six Perfect Pictures (2006).
His writing has been noticed by experts within the film industry and he worked with D.B. Gilles on Impressionist, The (2007). Which was noticed by Guy Ritchie screenplay editor.
He wrote Abrafo: The Beginning (2009) in 2001 with his brother Paul Fielding.
They finished a new screenplay Twelve Roses & Purple Flowers (2007).
He is currently working on a new documentary _Island's Legacy, An (2007)_.
